Individuals eligible for Department of Developmental Services funding or their legal guardians may request and obtain copies of their priority status for residential services, funding requests, and decisions made by regional planning and resource allocation teams.

Eligible individuals receiving annual funding or services may request and obtain copies of their individual plan and level of need assessment.

Commissioner of Developmental Services must submit annual reports to legislative committees detailing the number of eligible individuals with unmet residential care needs, unmet employment and day service needs, or waiting for behavioral services funding.

Regional advisory and planning councils must receive at least annually information about the council's responsibilities and how to access information about council meetings from the Department of Developmental Services.
