Commissioner of Social Services shall conduct a study of the temporary family assistance program under section 17b-112 of the general statutes

Study shall evaluate allowing recipients who accept employment within the first 21 months to continue receiving benefits equal to the difference between their wages and 150% of the federal poverty level for up to 12 months

Study shall evaluate providing a one-time $1,000 payment to former recipients who were not employed while receiving benefits but subsequently accept employment

Commissioner must report study results to joint standing committees on labor, human services, appropriations, and state agency budgets no later than January 1, 2017
