Allows businesses identified by the Department of Economic and Community Development as being on the Connecticut antiques trail to display temporary signage or flags for up to 16 hours per day, notwithstanding municipal zoning ordinances or regulations (except those pertaining to signage or flag size).

Expands the criteria for inclusion in the Connecticut antiques trail to include major antique dealers, communities with high concentrations of antique dealers, auction houses with annual sales exceeding one million dollars, and antique dealers located within municipally designated antiques corridors.

Requires the Department of Economic and Community Development to develop and promote a Connecticut antiques trail program, including directional signs, notices, and an Internet website for identified antique retail sites.
