Requires disclosure that an additional amount may be set aside from anticipated tuition revenue for financial assistance to students with financial need who would not otherwise be eligible for aid.

Applies to undergraduate and graduate students enrolled full or part-time in degree-granting programs, as well as those enrolled in precollege remedial programs.
