Adds emergency medical dispatchers and call receiving operators (occupational code 43-5031) to the definition of "service worker" eligible for paid sick leave protections under Connecticut law.

Renumbers subsequent occupation codes in the service worker definition from (AAA) through (RRR) to accommodate the new dispatcher classification inserted at (ZZ).

Adds radiologic technologists (occupational code 29-2034) to the list of service worker occupations eligible for paid sick leave.

Takes effect on October 1, 2017, and amends section 31-57r of the Connecticut general statutes.
