Amends section 14-253a of Connecticut General Statutes to require removable windshield placards to display a photograph on both sides of the placard.

The photograph must be of the blind person or person with disabilities for whom the placard was issued.

Purpose is to prevent abuse of removable windshield placards through photo identification requirements.

Referred to the Committee on Transportation during the January 2017 legislative session.
