Amends section 2-36b of the general statutes to move the deadline for submitting budget-related information from November 15 annually to October 1 annually.

Applies to information submitted by the Secretary of the Office of Policy and Management and the director of the legislative Office of Fiscal Analysis.

Requires submission of projections including revenues, budget deficiencies, tax credits, bond authorizations, and Budget Reserve Fund balances for the current biennium and subsequent fiscal years.

Advances the submission deadline by approximately six weeks to enable earlier availability of budget information.
