Requires the Commissioner of Public Health to adopt regulations by January 1, 2018 for medical diagnostic equipment purchased by health care facilities that meet federal accessibility standards established by the Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board under the Affordable Care Act.

Defines "medical diagnostic equipment" to include examination tables, examination chairs, weight scales, mammography equipment, and x-ray and radiological imaging equipment.

Applies to hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, and hospice facilities.

Mandates the Commissioner notify all licensed physicians by October 1, 2018 of the accessibility technical standards and provide information on best practices for serving patients with accessibility needs.
