Permits accredited nonprofit community providers of health and human services to operate without obtaining a license from the Department of Public Health or the Department of Social Services when national accreditation requirements meet or exceed licensure standards.

Applies only to nonprofit community providers that hold national accreditation credentials.

Aims to reduce costs and enhance administrative and operational efficiencies for both accredited providers and the state.
