Permits licensed alcoholic beverage sellers to operate automated machines that dispense beer and wine upon activation of a payment card by the permittee.

Machines may dispense beverages to authorized employees or to individuals 21 years or older who present government-issued identification matching the payment card holder's name.

Permittees or their employees must record verification that customers are 21 years of age or older.

Machines are limited to dispensing no more than 32 ounces of beer or 10 ounces of wine per transaction before the payment card must be reactivated.
