Defines "sober living home" as an alcohol and drug-free residence where unrelated adults recovering from substance use disorder live together without formal treatment services provided.

Allows sober living homes to register with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services, which shall establish registration criteria and revocation procedures.

Requires registered sober living homes with at least one resident diagnosed with opioid use disorder to maintain opioid antagonists on the premises and provide training in their administration to all residents.

Prohibits any residence not registered with the department from advertising or representing itself as a sober living home in the state.

Takes effect October 1, 2017.
