Amends title 9 of the general statutes to withhold voter registration information from public disclosure for certain individuals.

Protects voters who live in the same dwelling unit as a law enforcement officer serving that town and share the same last name with that officer.

Aims to prevent publication of information that could place law enforcement families at risk of harm.
