Prohibits insurers, health care centers, fraternal benefit societies, hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, and other entities from charging copayments, deductibles, or other out-of-pocket expenses for covered prosthetic devices provided to disabled veterans under health insurance policies in Connecticut.

Extends the prohibition to related medical equipment associated with prosthetic devices for disabled veterans.

Applies to all health insurance policies delivered, issued for delivery, renewed, amended, or continued in the state.

Amends Title 38a of the Connecticut General Statutes to implement these protections.
