Amends section 17b-105a of the general statutes to require the Commissioner of Social Services to submit an annual report to the joint standing committee on human services.

Report must include the average length of time recipients have been receiving supplemental nutritional assistance benefits.

Report must specify the percentage of able-bodied adults without dependents who have exceeded the federal three-month time limit while not meeting federal work requirements.

Stated purpose is to increase transparency in state government regarding nutritional assistance program administration.
