Prohibits collective bargaining agreements entered on or after July 1, 2017 from limiting investigation requirements for police use of physical force.

Requires the Division of Criminal Justice to complete investigations of any peace officer use of physical force within five business days and determine if the force was appropriate under section 53a-22.

Mandates the Chief State's Attorney make investigation reports publicly available and provide copies to municipal officials and law enforcement leadership.

Requires immediate suspension without pay of any officer found to have used inappropriate physical force pending conclusion of further proceedings.

Mandates immediate termination of employment for any peace officer convicted of or pleading guilty to inappropriate use of physical force or crimes of violence involving unlawful physical force related to their employment.
