Amends section 4a-100(c) of Connecticut general statutes to require state contractor applicants to disclose citations for occupational safety and health violations during the five-year period preceding application.

Requires applicants to report violations under any state occupational safety and health act, the federal Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, or standards and regulations promulgated under these acts.

Requires applicants to provide information on whether any cited violations have been abated.

Renumbers existing subsection (6) to subsection (7) and adds the new occupational safety and health disclosure requirement as subsection (6).

Effective October 1, 2017.
