Expands annual reporting requirements for electronic defense weapon use by law enforcement to include arrest status, criminal charges filed, suspect's physical condition before and after use, hospital transport, supervisor justification determination, and duration of each use.

Requires law enforcement agencies to complete electronic defense weapon reporting information at the same time as use-of-force reports and case incident reports.

Mandates that use-of-force reports and case incident reports be submitted together with the annual electronic defense weapon report.

Permits municipalities to seek reimbursement for purchasing electronic defense weapons with recording equipment for sworn police officers.
