Modifies section 52-362(k) of Connecticut general statutes effective January 1, 2018 to require employers to notify the dependent or Support Enforcement Services when an obligor terminates employment or makes claims for workers' compensation or unemployment compensation benefits.

Requires employers to provide the obligor's last-known address and the name and address of the obligor's new employer (if known) when making these notifications.

Mandates employers include a copy of any withholding order with their first report of occupational illness or injury submitted to the workers' compensation benefits carrier.

Requires workers' compensation benefits carriers to withhold funds pursuant to the withholding order and remit withheld sums as required by existing law.
