Amends Connecticut General Statutes Section 19a-694 to add influenza education requirements for managed residential communities, effective October 1, 2017.

Requires managed residential communities to annually provide residents with educational information about influenza disease by September 1st each year, including causes, symptoms, risks, and information on immunization availability and effectiveness.

Permits use of the Vaccine Information Statement concerning influenza immunization published by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention to satisfy the educational requirement.

Maintains existing requirements for managed residential communities including written residency agreements, access to assisted living services, security programs, and assistance with long-term care insurance claims.
