Extends the municipal property revaluation deadline for the Town of Orange by one year to the assessment year beginning October 1, 2017.

Allows Orange to delay revaluation if approved by the town's legislative body, notwithstanding standard provisions in Connecticut General Statutes section 12-62.

Permits the town's rate maker to prepare new rate bills under Chapter 204 of the general statutes to implement the one-year extension.

Requires any subsequent revaluation to proceed according to standard revaluation schedules in section 12-62, resuming from where the town was prior to the delay.

Takes effect upon passage.
