Prohibits manufacturers and wholesalers of alcoholic liquor from discriminating in pricing or sales practices when offering private label alcoholic liquor to retail permit holders.

Requires that private label alcoholic liquor be offered at the same price and manner to all retail permittees, or not offered for sale in the state at all.

Defines violation of the non-discrimination requirement as an unfair pricing practice subject to permit suspension or revocation by the Department of Consumer Protection.

Maintains existing unfair pricing practice prohibitions against pricing intended to destroy or prevent competition among permit holders.

Takes effect upon passage and amends Connecticut General Statutes sections 30-63 and 30-64b.
