Increases the maximum number of farmers' market locations where farm winery permit holders can sell wine from three to ten locations per year.

Maintains requirement that wine sales permit holders must have an invitation from each farmers' market, only sell wine by the bottle, and be present or have an authorized representative present at time of sale.

Keeps annual permit fee at $250 plus a one-time $100 nonrefundable filing fee.

Permits individual towns or municipalities to prohibit wine sales by permit holders at farmers' markets within their jurisdiction through ordinance or zoning regulation.
