Requires the Adjutant General to provide an honor guard detail from the National Guard, naval militia, State Guard, or organized militia for funerals of deceased veterans upon request from accredited veteran organizations or family members.

Eligibility includes persons who served in U.S. armed forces during wartime as defined by statute, or who served in the National Guard for more than twenty years, or died while a National Guard member.

Honor guard details shall consist of not more than five members plus one bugler, compensated at fifty dollars per day from Adjutant General appropriations and federal funds.

Mandates that appropriated funds be sufficient to ensure each honor guard detail includes not less than two and not more than three riflemen or riflewomen.

If National Guard or militia personnel are unavailable, the Adjutant General shall request an honor guard detail from a bona fide Connecticut state veterans' organization that complies with Connecticut National Guard regulation 37-106.
