Office of Higher Education shall create and distribute informational materials about the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program and Teacher Loan Forgiveness program to public service employers, including standardized letters, fact sheets, and frequently asked questions documents.

Public service employers with more than ten full-time employees must provide new employees with informational materials within two weeks of hire, furnish employment certification forms upon request, and display fact sheets prominently on premises.

Office of Higher Education shall investigate complaints of employer violations within 30 days, make complaints publicly available, and order corrective actions; employers may contest orders within 15 days.

Office of Higher Education must verify accuracy of informational materials every two years and update materials that are incorrect or obsolete.

Attorney General retains authority to bring legal action to enforce the provisions of this section.
