Updates the annual reporting deadline for higher education institutions from October 1, 2015 to October 1, 2017, regarding sexual assault, stalking, and intimate partner violence policies and incidents.

Requires institutions to include in their annual reports a new analysis of how policy amendments—resulting from state or federal agency guidance or changes in law—have impacted the number of reported or disclosed sexual assault, stalking, and intimate partner violence incidents.

Maintains existing reporting requirements on institutional policies, prevention programs, campaigns, incident reports, disciplinary cases, and appeal outcomes related to Title IX violations.

Becomes effective July 1, 2017 and amends section 10a-55m(f) of the Connecticut General Statutes.
