• Allows law enforcement to request geo-location data directly from telecommunications carriers for up to 48 hours in exigent circumstances by providing sworn statements about the investigation and circumstances.

• Requires law enforcement to report annually to the Chief State's Attorney regarding all orders issued and applications made for cell site simulator device use, with the Chief State's Attorney submitting a consolidated report to the legislature.
