• Extends the foreclosure mediation program deadline from July 1, 2019 to January 1, 2020 for residential properties and religious organization properties with return dates through December 31, 2019.

• Maintains existing mediation program requirements including mandatory notice to mortgagors, mediation request procedures, and the premediation review process for financial documentation.

• Allows mediation periods to conclude after the third mediation session or seven months from the return date, whichever is earlier, with court discretion to extend for additional sessions upon finding good cause.

• Requires mortgagees to provide account histories, reinstatement information, loss mitigation forms, and contact information within 35 days following the return date.

• Specifies that no foreclosure judgment may be entered until the mediation period expires or terminates and, if applicable, 15 additional days have elapsed since termination.
