Removes requirement for Real Estate Commission to receive and approve applications for real estate student intern programs, effective January 1, 2018.

Eliminates provisions allowing Commissioner of Consumer Protection to regulate real estate student intern programs in favor of focusing only on approval of real estate schools and their courses.

Removes requirement for department error in order to deny license or permit fee refunds for bedding and filling material dealers and related businesses.

Repeals sections 20-314c, 20-340e, 20-559 to 20-559s, 20-650 to 20-656, 21-27 to 21-35, and 30-17b of general statutes related to occupational licensing, effective January 1, 2018.

Makes technical corrections to licensing fee language for manufacturers, supply dealers, renovators, secondhand dealers, and importers of bedding and filling materials.
