Replace terminology of "priority status" with "category" throughout statute section 17a-238a to describe the department's assessment of urgency for funding or services (effective July 1, 2018)

Require the Commissioner of Developmental Services to develop and maintain a single state-wide comprehensive residential waiting list organized by geographic region, updated at least quarterly, identifying requested services and timeframes

Mandate annual assessments by the commissioner (starting August 1, 2018) in consultation with eligible individuals and their legal representatives to evaluate need for future residential funding or services

Direct the commissioner to report annually on the department's website (rather than to legislative committees) concerning the number of eligible individuals with unmet residential care needs, employment and day service needs, or behavioral services funding requests

Authorize the Commissioner of Developmental Services to establish an Intellectual Disability Partnership in collaboration with other state agencies, including family members, providers, and advocates, with meetings and materials posted publicly on the department website
