Requires the Commissioner of Transportation to submit a report to the joint standing committee on transportation by July 1, 2017, and biannually thereafter regarding the Hartford-New Britain Busway.

Report must include information on ridership and utilization, revenue, and cost of operation and maintenance.

First report must provide monthly data on busway operations since the busway began operations.

Prohibits the Commissioner of Transportation from expanding the busway without approval from both chambers of the General Assembly.
