Amends chapter 148 of the general statutes to establish procedures for post-election audits, including specific timing and methods for notifying the public about audits and which districts will be audited.

Requires production of an electronic record of votes cast that must be made available for public review.

Increases security measures for election materials during temporary interruptions in the canvass of votes.
