Changes the unemployment reduction amount for partially unemployed individuals from two-thirds to one-half of weekly remuneration, effective October 1, 2017.

Modifies the earnings threshold for partial unemployment status from one and one-half times to two times the individual's weekly benefit rate for total unemployment.

Applies to eligible individuals working less than full-time who receive partial unemployment benefits during any given week.

Excludes from calculation any remuneration for service performed in lieu of delinquent tax payments to towns, cities, or other political subdivisions.

Includes holiday pay in remuneration calculations and considers self-employment earnings actually received or payable during the week of partial unemployment.
