Requires every manufacturer of prescription drugs made available in the state to file cost transparency reports for each drug

Reports must include total research and development costs paid by the manufacturer and any predecessors

Reports must include total clinical trial costs, regulatory costs, materials costs, manufacturing costs, and administration costs paid by the manufacturer and any predecessors

Reports must include any other costs associated with drug acquisition and total marketing and advertising costs for promotion to prescribers and consumers

Purpose is to reduce prescription drug costs and inform the public and state agencies about drug pricing
