Maintains existing service limits of $3,500 annually per participant, with option for commissioner to approve up to $7,500 for those demonstrating additional need.

Requires providers to have specialized training in Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and related disorders, with preference given to Joint Commission-accredited organizations.
