Manufacturers of residential roofing, window, or siding materials must approve or disapprove warranty claims within 30 days of receipt, with payment due within 30 days of approval; claims are deemed approved if not disapproved by day 30.

Manufacturers must reimburse consumers for the full price of materials and the hourly labor rate charged, provided the total claim does not exceed the original purchase and installation price.

Suppliers with dealer agreements must pay warranty claims for parts and service within 30 days of receipt and approval, following the same 30-day approval deadline as manufacturers.

Suppliers must pay dealers the full retail price for parts and the hourly labor rate the dealer charges for nonwarranty repairs.

Suppliers cannot deny or charge-back warranty claims based solely on clerical errors, administrative technicalities, or claim processing procedure failures unless the issue calls into question the claim's legitimacy; dealers may resubmit denied claims within 30 days.
