Authorizes the Commission of Pharmacy to place conditions on pharmacy licenses, permits, and registrations in addition to existing authority to refuse, revoke, or suspend them.

Adds two new grounds for disciplinary action: failure to comply with United States Pharmacopeia Chapter 797 (Sterile Preparations) and Chapter 795 (Nonsterile Preparations) standards.

Maintains existing disciplinary grounds including violations of pharmacy statutes, criminal convictions, drug diversion, false representations, and failure to maintain sanitary pharmacy premises.

Allows the commission to take action based on applicant conditions such as physical illness, mental illness, loss of skill, or substance abuse that would interfere with pharmacy practice, while prohibiting violations of disability discrimination laws.

Effective date: July 1, 2017.
