Establishes a health data collaborative working group to be appointed and convened by the chairpersons of the Commission on Economic Competitiveness

Working group shall examine and recommend initiatives for precision medicine research, bioscience economic growth, health data privacy and security, and population health data collection platforms

Membership shall include the Health Information Technology Officer, Consumer Counsel, and representatives from insurance, healthcare, education, broadband, technology, bioscience industries, and research institutions

First meeting must be held within 60 days of the effective date, with all appointments made within 30 days

Working group shall submit annual reports to the Commission on Economic Competitiveness and relevant General Assembly committees beginning January 1, 2018
