Commissioner of Energy and Environmental Protection must solicit three high-priority regulatory programs from a state-wide business organization annually from December 1, 2017 through December 1, 2022 that require modification, repeal, or replacement of regulations under Connecticut General Statutes Title 22a.

Commissioner must meet with affected businesses within ninety days of receiving the organization's responses regarding identified regulatory programs.

Commissioner must submit a summary report to the joint standing committees on environment and commerce, plus the Regulations Review Committee, within 180 days that includes the organization's responses, discussion summaries, and any departmental plans to address identified regulatory concerns.

Act takes effect immediately upon passage and creates a new statutory section.
