Special session limited to considering and enacting the state budget for the biennium beginning July 1, 2017, and revenue measures to balance that budget

Special session authorized to address bills and resolutions needed to implement the state budget for the biennium beginning July 1, 2017

Special session authorized to consider bills concerning state bond authorizations and their underlying programs and projects, as well as school construction

Directs the clerks of the Senate and House of Representatives to deliver a copy of this resolution to the Secretary of State
