Allows municipal officials to designate a representative to act on their behalf regarding bingo permits, bazaars, raffles, and tuition raffles, instead of requiring direct involvement by the police chief or chief executive officer.

Clarifies that "municipal official" in bingo and raffle statutes means the chief of police (or designee) or, if no police department exists, the chief executive officer (or designee) of the municipality where the activity occurs.

Removes language specifying that Class No. 3 permit fees apply "for each day of the bazaar," establishing a flat fee structure for permits.

Maintains existing permit fee caps: Class 1 ($75), Class 2 ($30), Class 3 ($60), Class 4 ($15), Class 5 ($120), Class 6 ($150), and Class 7 ($300).

All provisions take effect upon passage of the act.
