Allows certified medical assistants to administer vaccines and nebulizer treatments to patients 18 years or older under direct supervision of a physician or advanced practice registered nurse, effective October 1, 2018.

Requires medical assistants to complete at least 24 hours of classroom training and 8 hours of clinical training before administering vaccines.

Requires medical assistants to receive training from their supervising physician or advanced practice registered nurse before administering nebulizer treatments.

Defines "medical assistant" as a person certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants, National Healthcareer Association, National Center for Competency Testing, or American Medical Technologists who has graduated from an accredited postsecondary medical assisting program.

Directs the Commissioner of Public Health to obtain and maintain annually a listing of all state residents registered as certified medical assistants from the four certifying organizations, made available for public inspection.
