Corrects grammatical error in section 2-111(b)(1) by changing "who" to "whom" in reference to Senate minority leader appointment to the General Assembly.

Restructures section 4-67x(a) to clarify membership of the Child Poverty and Prevention Council by changing punctuation and replacing "or a designee" language with specific reference to executive directors of the Office of Early Childhood and Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities.

Amends section 4-124bb(b) to clarify that public members of the Connecticut Career Ladder Advisory Committee shall be selected by the Labor Commissioner with recommendation from the Commission on Women, Children and Seniors and adds "all of whom shall be" for grammatical consistency.

Adds clarifying language to section 17b-28(c)(9) specifying that a Commission on Women, Children and Seniors member shall be designated "of said commission."

Changes "proposed decision" to "proposed final decision" in sections 21a-7(a)(1) and 21a-7(b) regarding Department of Consumer Protection board and commission decisions.

Repeals section 46a-131 of the general statutes.
