Allows homeless children and youths to receive a temporary 90-day waiver from physical examination and immunization documentation requirements to attend child care centers, group child care homes, and family child care homes.

Requires homeless children and youths to receive a physical examination from a licensed physician, physician assistant, or advanced practice registered nurse within seven calendar days of enrollment in a child care facility.

Defines homeless children and youths according to 42 USC 11434a federal statute.

Requires child care providers to maintain records of all temporary waiver determinations for homeless children and youths while they are enrolled and for two years after they cease receiving services.

Effective July 1, 2018.
