Establishes a task force to study methods preventing satellite dish overcrowding on residential roofs in Connecticut.

Task force shall examine incentives for property owners to remove unused satellite dishes, feasibility of penalties for non-removal, and proper disposal methods.

Task force consists of eight members appointed by legislative leaders (Speaker of the House, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and majority and minority leaders of both chambers) within 30 days of the bill's effective date.

First task force meeting must occur within 60 days of the effective date, with administrative support provided by the joint standing committee on housing.

Task force must submit findings and recommendations to the housing committee by January 1, 2019, and terminates upon submission of the report or January 1, 2019, whichever is later.
