Prohibits limited services pregnancy centers from making false, misleading, or deceptive statements about pregnancy-related services through any advertising medium, including the Internet, effective July 1, 2018.

Defines "limited services pregnancy center" as a facility that does not provide referrals for abortions or emergency contraception but offers services such as pregnancy testing, ultrasounds, or prenatal care.

Authorizes the Attorney General to seek injunctive relief and court-ordered corrective advertising, remedial notices, and other remedies to correct the effects of false or deceptive advertising.

Establishes civil penalties of $50 to $500 per violation, with the state entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs upon a court finding of violation.
