Repeals sections 9-60 through 9-63 of the general statutes, eliminating procedures allowing political party members to disaffiliate enrolled voters or prevent unaffiliated voters from enrolling in a party.

Removes requirement that assistant registrars deliver lists of rejected enrollment applications to registrars of voters.

Eliminates provisions requiring registrars to issue certificates to electors whose petitions for party enrollment are granted after enrollment lists are completed.

Removes references to sections 9-60, 9-61, and 9-62 from enrollment and primary violation statutes, streamlining party enrollment eligibility provisions.

All changes effective October 1, 2018.
