Registrars of voters must designate a location for completing and processing election day registration applications on election day.

If registrars of voters fail to agree on a location by 31 days prior to election day, the town clerk shall make the designation.

Registrars of voters must have access to the state-wide centralized voter registration system at the designated election day registration location.

Registrars of voters may appoint and delegate responsibilities to election officials to serve at the election day registration location, and must supervise and train these officials.

Election day registration applicants must appear in person at the designated location, and may present a current student photo ID instead of standard identification, along with proof of residential address.
