• Increases per-student funding for regional agricultural science and technology education centers from $3,200 to $12,000 per secondary student for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.

• Eliminates tuition charges for agricultural science and technology education centers beginning with the school year commencing July 1, 2018.

• Transfers $4,700,000 from the Charter Schools budget and $13,100,000 from the Magnet Schools budget to the Department of Education's Vocational Agriculture program for fiscal year ending June 30, 2019, totaling $17,800,000.

• Maintains existing grant provisions for construction, renovation, and equipment for approved agricultural science and technology centers at 95% reimbursement for pre-July 1, 2011 projects and 80% for projects filed after that date.
