Department of Children and Families must provide written notification of child placements to the child's attorney or guardian ad litem, including placement name, address, and contact information.

Commissioner must notify attorneys or guardians ad litem of placement changes within 10 business days for nonemergency situations or within 2 business days for emergency situations, including hospitalizations, respite placements, and absconding from care.

Commissioner shall provide not less than 5 days' advance written notice to the child's attorney or guardian ad litem of any permanency team meeting concerning the child's permanency plan.

Commissioner must notify the child's attorney or guardian ad litem in writing not less than 21 days prior to administrative meetings to review the child's case plan.

Commissioner shall provide not less than 5 days' advance written notice to the child's attorney or guardian ad litem before any meeting where the department is considering removing the child from the household, except in cases of immediate authorized removal.
