Continues the requirement that mediators file reports with the court within 3 business days after each mediation session detailing party compliance, financial documentation status, and foreclosure alternatives discussed.

Updates statutory references throughout to reflect the program's continuation and removes all date-specific language limiting the program's operation, ensuring ongoing funding within available appropriations.
